I’ve fallen a bit behind on my goal for 1200 minutes of exercise in August. I’ll need to average a little over 40 minutes a day for the rest of the month to get there. That’s what I mean to average, but I haven’t been very close to that most days for the last week or so.
The weather is going to be cloudy and cool the next few days. That helps in one sense because it’s perfectly lovely for walking. It doesn’t help in another sense because it doesn’t look that inviting from indoors. I’m going to remind myself how it feels, regardless of how it looks.
