Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

Our big festive day was Saturday and I only managed fifteen minutes of exercise, so I’m a few minutes off track. Ordinarily, that would be no trouble, but we’re expecting a cold snap, so I’ll have to get creative. Some video workouts should do the trick.
