Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I’m forty minutes from meeting my goal of 1200 minutes in October. I should be able to make that happen today!

For November, I want to get some more variety in my workouts. I’ll try a goal of 15 DVDs in November as part of my 1200 minutes.
