Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I set an ambitious goal of 1200 minutes this month. But excessive heat and busy-ness got the better of me. I’d have to exercise over 45 minutes every day for the rest of the month to get there. It’s not out of the realm of possibilities, but pretty unlikely. A more reasonable plan at this point is to make sure I get to 1100 minutes or more, so I’ll shoot for that.
