It’s a dance trying to figure out how to get my workouts in among all the other activities in December. So, far, I’m mostly doing well. I’m almost on track for minutes, a bit ahead on days with 8000 steps, and a bit behind on strength-training sessions. There’s still a lot of month left — I’ll catch up.
