My three goals for June are going well:
- I’ve completed 6 of 21 days with at least 8000 steps — almost a third of the way there
- I’ve completed 2 of 8 strength-training sessions — both garden “workouts” with lots of extended squats and lunges
- I’ve completed 330 minutes, right on track for 1300 minutes in June
