Last week, I reviewed the twenty-year-old TV series, Life on Mars. Tina nabbed an ARC of Celestial Lights by Cecile Pin and enjoyed this science fiction story about an English astronaut’s journey to Jupiter.
I’m currently obsessed with ink-and-watercolor sketches. We’ll see if this lasts long enough for me to actually develop some skills. So far, I’ve managed a reasonably pleasing pencil drawing of my favorite pen.
In my research, I came across a YouTube channel that I thought y’all might enjoy whether you’re in an artistic mood or not.
The Emma of Urban Sketch Emma lives in England and sketches the places near her. Watching one of her videos is a virtual way to walk around an English village and, then, sit down with a cup of tea and study a particular view.
