Sometimes, I walk to my polling place. It’s a little over a mile away so the round trip is a nice bit of exercise. Today, though, it’s going to be the first of some errands and we’re treating ourselves to lunch, so exercising while voting isn’t going to happen.
I met my goals in October! I overshot the minutes because of all the great walking that I did when I was in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. I lucked out on the weather and took some lovely walks while appreciating our late fall color. To meet my goal of 12 DVD workouts, I did two different workouts at two different times on Halloween, but it counted!
I’m setting the same goals for November — 1200 minutes including 12 DVD workouts. I’ve already completed 3 of the DVD workouts since we’ve been getting lots of rain. Indoor workouts have been more appealing than walks, recently.
