Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I was behind last week, so I stepped it up a bit. Here’s where I am on my goals:
- 830/1200 minutes
- 10/12 DVD workouts
So, I’m in great shape on the DVD workouts and just about where I want to be on exercise minutes — if I average a little over 40 minutes a day, I’ll get to my goal of 1200 minutes in October.
