I met my goal of 1200 minutes in August, on the last day. For two months in a row, I’ve increased the variety of my exercise at the end of the month in order to increase the minutes and meet my goal.
Really, though, I’d like more variety all month and maybe that will help me get to my goal without pushing so hard at the end of the month. So, for September, my goal is 1200 minutes including 12 DVD workouts. I’ll do yoga for the vast majority of those because I’m also looking for a bit of stress-relief in my life.
