I’ve had rainy days, hot days, and busy-busy days. I’m keeping up on my goal to exercise 1100 minutes in May, but only because I’m doing two things some days — two walks, a walk and stretching, a walk and yard work. Some days I’m only getting in 20 minutes of walking or stretching, so I need those double activity days to make up for it.
