Sorry that I forgot to write a post last week!
I’m pretty close to on-pace to meet my goal of 1100 minutes in May. It seems we skipped spring this year. I went from complaining about it being too cold to walk to complaining about it being too hot to walk. It’s not really, I just haven’t had time to get used to temperatures in the 80s. Adding in some yard work — lots of lifting and squatting — has helped me increase my exercise minutes.
