I set my goal for April to 1000 minutes of exercise, since I’ve been struggling lately to meet my goals. I was bound and determined to reach 500 minutes by the end of Sunday, April 15 — and I did it! I anticipate having a couple of long workout days this week with some travel, so I should be in good shape. Especially if spring decides to come around for good later this month.
