I complained last week that the weather is too gloomy and my desk work is too interesting. Still true. But I am managing to stand up and move twice an hour. My workouts are mostly dancing and stretching, late in the afternoon when I need a break any way. My exercise minutes are down. This week is probably not my turn-around week. The weather will continue bringing wet and cool days. The A to Z Challenge combined with the Blog Ahead Challenge will continue drawing me to my desk. I’ll do the best I can and hope that next week brings back sunshine and motivation.
