Last week, I was ahead of schedule to complete 1200 minutes of exercise this month. This week, I’m just a little behind. Between gloomy weather and lots of activities on the calendar, I wasn’t getting out and walking the way that I like.
Bloggiesta, a week-long extravaganza of working through my blog to-do list along with others, started yesterday. I backed up my blog, installed the WordPress updates, and brainstormed ideas for next month’s Blogging from A to Z Challenge. Of course, Bloggiesta encourages me to sit at my desk, not exercise. Yesterday, I was so engaged that I kept forgetting to set the timer that reminds me to get up every half an hour. So, I’m letting Readers’ Workouts remind me that this week will go better if I take breaks and take walks.
