We took a short trip this week to visit our nephew at the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla. I was worried about exercise, but it turned out to be really good — a ton of walking in the day time and a hot tub at the hotel for stretches in the evening. It was a good thing that I got a lot of minutes of exercise those three days because I haven’t done so well since we got home. Between the time change, cooler weather, and a busy schedule, I’m having a hard time getting in more than a short walk or a bit of dancing.
