I met my goal of 1000 minutes in February. After missing my goal in January, I needed that little confidence boost. For March, I’m going with 1200 minutes. So far, that’s going well. I’ll have a bit of a challenge later this week while taking a short trip. That’s sometimes enough to mess with my routines making it hard to exercise. But, my streak of daily exercise has been going for a year and eight months now. I’m determined to make it to the two year mark!
