Between illness and bad weather, I’m not even close to meeting my exercise for goals in January. That ended up being somewhat de-motivating since I knew I couldn’t meet my goal, I wasn’t pushing myself to do the best that I can. Fortunately, we get a new month and I can set a new goal and, I think, that should help me get going again. I did manage to do a little something every day because I couldn’t stand to break my daily exercise streak that’s been going for over a year and a half.
