I was maybe too ambitious in my goal setting for a busy month. My goal was 1200 minutes and 15 DVD workouts in December.
I’m doing great with the DVD workouts — I’ve completed eight. Some days, I’ve done two on the same day!
On the other hand, I’ve also had some days where I only managed 15 or 20 minutes of exercise. So, my total is only 375 minutes, so far. Still, if I could manage 45 minutes a day, I’d be at 600 minutes on Saturday, about the mid-point. Let’s see if I can pull that off!
