Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
Last week, I was behind on my goal to exercise 1200 minutes in November. I stepped it up a notch. Yesterday, I reached 815 minutes, which is just a little more than two-thirds of my way to my goal at the two-thirds point of the month. So, I’m pretty pleased with that. Now, of course, the challenge is to make sure that I don’t fall behind again with the holiday week.
