We’ve had a fairly bizarre month of October, weather-wise. Days in the 90s, days in the 70s, and today a projected high of 50. We had more than the usual amount of sun for the month, but have switched to a rainy pattern now. Some trees have decided it’s fall and are dropping their leaves, others are still stubbornly green.
All of that to say that my exercise routine has been about as changeable as the weather. I just calculated what it will take to reach 1200 minutes for October on the 31st and it’s right at 40 minutes a day — what I consider normal for me. So, no excuses! I’ll get this done.
