Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I surpassed my goal of 1200 minutes in August. September is a day shorter, but I’m pretty sure that I can make it to 1200 minutes again. I got off to a good start with the holiday weekend — 40 minutes of walking each day plus a little dancing and stretching alongside.
