Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I overshot my July goal of 1200 minutes of exercise by 30 minutes. I had an assist from some lovely weather that allowed me to get back to my favorite routine — 10 minutes of yoga upon waking and a 40 minute walk around 4pm.

I’m going to set my August goal for 1200 minutes again.
