Now that it’s officially summer, do you have goals for the season? I’m going to see if I can get myself to walk in the morning and do yard work or a second walk in the afternoon. I like yard work as exercise, but it doesn’t work very well as my only exercise. My body seems to prefer a bit of cardio every day.
Exercise twice a day should help with my monthly exercise minutes, too. I need to average over 45 minutes a day to meet my goal of 1200 minutes for June. Two workouts a day will get me there easily.
