Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I walked a lot in Chicago! But, with being busy before we left and having a husband with a cold when we got back, I’m still behind on my goal of 1200 minutes in May. I could meet it if I exercised an hour today and tomorrow. It could happen — that’s my normal 40 minute walk plus 20 minutes of yoga that my body would really like right now!
How is your exercise going?
I’m trying to get back into yoga, but with my bad knee it’s not very easy.
