  1. Joy, It’s been ages since I have posted about fitness but you might enjoy hearing that I’m currently training to climb to Everest Base Camp. 76 miles in 12 days (nine active hiking days), 26,000 feet of incline (yikes).

    I will try to remember to join you for a few updates over the summer.

    ps: I don’t know if you know that shifted from blogging about books to travel a while ago.
