Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
We’re getting some unseasonably warm weather this week and that’s really helped me with my exercise. I can average less than 40 minutes a day for the rest of the month and still make my goal of 1200 minutes. I exercised 70 minutes yesterday — with two walks and some stretching.
The nice weather is making me want to get in the garden, which also motivates strength-training so that I don’t injure myself.
