Last Day of January #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
It’s the last day of January. I already confessed that I missed my goal to add strength-training or stretching every day. My other goal was 1200 minutes of exercise. As of this morning, I’m at 1110. Ninety minutes would be a very big day for me, but it might happen. I have a meeting scheduled this afternoon that’s in walking distance, so if I walk to the meeting on top of my normal exercise, I might get there. Wish me luck!

I think you can do it, Joy! Walking to a meeting is great and I hope the wetahe ris good for you. C’mon, you can to 1200 minutes!
I agree with Tina, you can do it! I need to figure out what I want my goals for February to be before next Tuesday. Any ideas?
90 minutes is a lot, so I hope the weather cooperates for you.
I forgot to link up earlier today, though you didn’t miss much. I’ve been getting over a cold or something that has me blowing my nose. I did exercise, but not a lot.
