Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
The good news is that we got used to the cold and our walks are back up to the normal length and frequency. The bad news is, it’s going to get colder! We’ll see if we can keep this up. I’m pretty far behind on my goal of 1300 minutes in December. I think I’ll try adding some stretching and strength-training to the walks — my body would like that!
