I’ve had a busy week, but I managed at least some exercise every day. That included some DVD workouts. I haven’t had a chance to add up my minutes, but I suspect it’s adding up with some long days (multiple walks or a walk + a DVD workout) and some short days when I’m doing good to get any exercise at all.
