Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
My goals for the month were 1300 minutes and four DVD workouts. I’m at 980 minutes, so I have to average about 45 minutes for the rest of the month. That’s more than I’ve been averaging, but I think I can make it happen. I did all four of my DVD workouts in the last week! I finally got a couple of short ones out and that made all the difference.
I’m enjoying the evening Qi Gong routine on 7 Minutes of Magic. I actually do the 14 minute version, which is the same as the 7 minute one but a lot less rushed. I’ve also done a couple of routines from 10 Minute Solution – Target Toning for Beginners.
