I still haven’t completed a DVD workout like a promised last week. I’m putting my shortest DVD workout on my desk to lower the barrier to getting that done.
Walking is great, though. We watched a bridge get taken out and replaced in our neighborhood. One day, we walked over three times to check on the progress!
