I’m on track to meet my goal of 1100 minutes of exercise this month. What’s helping? Better weather. What’s challenging? Rick’s had some back trouble and so we’ve taken some shorter walks. It’s getting better, though, so I won’t have to find as much motivation for extra workout time.
