Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
We had a couple of days that felt like autumn was on its way — I walked for an hour on one of them! That was a big help to making sure I’m on track for 1100 minutes this month. Yesterday, though, we got back to St. Louis hot and humid. We’ll have a few more days of heat and, then, the weather man promised, we’ll see cooler weather again.

We’ve had a few days of cooler weather. I can’t wait for the humidity to leave so I can ride my bike. I’m still doing good.
Joy, I’m still going strong, even though we’re back in 90-degree weather today. I’m blogging about the Fitbit challenges which help motivate me to meet goals. Keep up the walking!
The long weekend threw me off, but I managed to get my post up today.
I have a half marathon coming up this weekend and am way under prepared.
