We’ve had some cooler days in the last week, which goes nicely with school starting again. It’s been years since I’ve started school myself in the fall and I’ve never had children doing it, but I seem to catch the energy in August every year anyway. My exercise can always use a bit more structure and consistency that seems to come along with spirit of the season.
I’m right on schedule to meet my goal of 1100 minutes this month.
