I realized on Friday that I need 8000 steps every day the rest of the month, including Thanksgiving Day, to meet my goal of 24 days. I don’t know if I’ll pull that off, but I’m giving it a shot!
Here’s how my goals for the month stand:
- 920 of 1200 minutes
- 17 of 24 days with 8000 steps or more
- 5 of 8 strength-training sessions
