I log my exercise daily, of course, but it’s so helpful to have this weekly check-in to see how I’m doing compared to my goals. Last week, I was falling behind on the number of days I walked 8000 steps or more. This week, I’m almost caught up on that!
Here’s how my goals for the month stand:

- 11 of 24 days with 8000 steps or more
- 4 of 8 strength-training sessions
