I got my consistency back! I’ve exercised every day so far this month. That’s helped me stay right on track with my minutes. I’m apparently sitting too much, though, because I’m struggling to get to 8000 steps every day.
Here’s how my goals for the month stand:
- 365 of 1200 minutes
- 5 of 24 days with 8000 steps or more
- 2 of 8 strength-training sessions
I still think I can get this done in November!
