Welcome to the first Readers’ Workouts link-up of August!
I completed my goals for July on the very last day of the month. Since that worked well for me, I’m going to repeat the same goals in August:
- 1300 minutes
- 8 strength-training sessions
- 21 days with 8000 steps or more
I’m off to a good start with 135 minutes, one strength-training session, and one day of 8000 steps.
