Here’s how I’m doing on my July goals:
- 550 of 1300 minutes — slightly below pace
- 5 of 8 strength-training sessions — ahead of schedule
- 9 of 21 days with 8000 steps or more — on track

I’m a bit lazy lately because there is a heatwave here and it’s terrible: I can’t sleep, I can’t breathe and I don’t go outdoors after 2 pm because I can’t stand this weather 🙁
You’re doing great Joy! I on the other hand am not, but I hope to get it in gear and meet my goals for the rest of the month.
This week was not that great. And can it please stop raining!!
I’m back in Connecticut, but I have a hotel strength workout I’ll be doing tonight & tomorrow night. Just started strength training & getting over the fact that 7 years of karate doesn’t make me a good strength training person, I’m starting from about zero with very basic stuff.
