  1. Tonight I have my second session with a trainer at the gym, the first was a fitness assessment, the second was a bunch of weights work, this one is to give me a hotel workout for my next Springfield MO trip.

    When he told me that a goal is to bench press my own weight, I blurted out “I need to lose weight!” I can bench a measly 45 pounds, which is the bar with no weights on.

  2. I haven’t been exercising as much as I should, but I did take a walk yesterday that felt refreshing. I plan on taking daily walks until the baby gets here and then start back when I’m cleared to. I need some of your exercising mojo. 🙂
