  1. Way to go on meeting your goals (I’m sure you’ll make it today). I had a bad June, a lot of emotional eating, but I’m back on track and I hope July goes well.

  2. Nice job reaching your goals for June! I started logging my exercise minutes with SweatPink – they’re doing a #1millionminutes challenge that we’re all in together! I’ve been a bit unmotivated since my last race, so I’m just trying to stay active before I get into training mode again.
