  1. I made it through my regular Monday routine without injuries last night, I need to keep stretching out the left calf muscle the whole time, and before class.

    I have an hour of personal training scheduled in the gym for Friday, plus an hour-long karate lesson to catch up the time I missed, so my travel recovery day will include a lot of activity!
