  1. Joy, at least you had that good stretch in after a long car ride. I try to stretch every morning while coffee is brewing. Sounds like you’re doing well with your steps

  2. All of last week I did the stairs in work at least once a day, and it’s a little easier to get to the top without stopping now, all 7 floors with high ceilings. I’m trying to do them when I get to work, before breakfast, then later in the day.

  3. With my leg long, and even short car rides sometimes, are rough on me.

    I’ve not been doing a very good job with my stretching, chi-gong etc so that’s going to be my priority starting next month, after I’m done with my SparkPeople challenges.

  4. That’s great! I’d really like to get to the point where I am exercising every day, too. I think I’ll have to start planning out my goals like it seems you’re doing. 🙂

  5. I also hate long time rides in the car, so good you streched when you got home!
    I’m doing quite well these days too: I’m tutoring a girl in a couple of subjects and she lives 3,5 K from my home, so I usually go by car, but yesterday I decided to go (and come back!) walking, so it was quite a workout in the end 🙂
    I’m linking a review about a book that has blown my mind regarding exercise, because it talks about all the benefits that exercise brings to your brain, which is a subject I had never heard of.
