  1. You’re off to a good May. My husband & I signed up for a long bike ride event so I’m cycling quite a few days a week. I enjoy it and it’s not too stressful on the joints.

  2. I was pleasantly surprised to make it to the 5th floor of my building before stopping on the stairs to rest. Fitbit counts all 7 floors as 10 flights of stairs because we have high ceilings all through. I’m working with someone who likes to do stairs twice a day. Stairs are hard!
