Mid-month Report #ReadersWorkouts

Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I’m on track to be at the mid-point of all my goals by the end of the day on Wednesday. I’ll get there if I manage 8000 steps and 40 minutes of exercise each of today and tomorrow. I’ll also need to get in a strength-training session tomorrow. Spring is making my exercise easier! I can manage a walk and / or some yard work every day.
How are you doing with your exercise goals in April?
For Readers’ Workouts, talk about your fitness activities on your blog (feel free to grab the logo) and link to your post below or join us in the comments! Be sure to visit the other participants to see how we all did.
You’re doing such a great job!
Thanks for helping me get fit!
First full Monday exercise schedule since I tweaked my calf, I did sparring & stretched between fights. No injuries for me!
I’m going to try a Classical Stretch workout after work, see if getting the dvd would be useful.
Stretch with DVDs helped me get a good technique down. Now, I usually do it while watching something off of Netflix.
Exercise has been hit or miss the last few weeks. To start off April I went on vacation and got a lot of walking in, but then the following week I was pretty lazy. I’m trying to get back on track this week.
Weather is getting beautiful so my walking time has increased. Yay you for get those steps in!
Congrats on being on track with your goals! I’ve upped my walking this week since we’re finally having decent weather, but need to get back into using my exercise bike as well. Here’s to a great weekend!
