  1. I’ve temporarily switched my Monday routine to an hour-long karate lesson then an hour of sparring to get me ready for a belt test. Last night my instructor worked me hard in lesson then gave me some back-to-back fights.

    After the test I’m going to go to a few workouts with a young, muscle-bound guy in work and learn about weight-lifting. I have about 20 pounds I’d like to say goodbye to this year.

    • Sounds like a you’re doing great preparing for the test.

      I keep thinking I should take my brother or husband to the gym with me to help me with weight-lifting. I haven’t done it yet though.
