  1. Had to practice some self care & skip karate yesterday after an emotionally difficult Sunday. Back on track today with morning yoga, & planned karate practice tonight.

  2. I am still working on that hip abductor muscle of mine. The good news is that I can now feel it moving when I do side leg raises! But my back still gets sore after I walk, so walking’s still out for me, unfortunately.
