New Start in the New Year #ReadersWorkouts — 9 Comments

  1. I’ve fallen behind – I should haul out my pilates mat and do the bridge exercise my physiotherapist prescribed. I need to get my walking muscles back in shape – apparently they’re not working the way they’re supposed to be, and my body has kindly compensated in other ways!

  2. The morning yoga is going well, I like the change in routine.

    Last night’s sparring was fun, lead guy said I “spanked him like a baby”. I tried some newer & scarier stuff & it worked well.
