I’ve been behind all month on my exercise goal of 1200 minutes, including 8 strength-training session, in November. And, I’m still behind! Counting today, there are 13 days left this month. So, I need to average 45 minutes a day the rest of the month. Totally doable! Now, I just need to do it.
